I offer a variety of walking fitness sessions, including brisk and aerobic walking for cardio to burn off the calories, interval walking for endurance and stamina, power and ruck walking for weight training. Lady Fitness was born from a passion for promoting women's health and well-being through walking fitness. I recognized the need for accessible and enjoyable fitness options, and walking fitness emerged as the perfect solution. My mission is to empower women to lead healthier lives through coached walking sessions that are both effective, energetic and fun. I am committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment where every woman feels welcome and motivated to reach her full potential whilst attending walking fitness sessions.
